Click on the link titled " I already have a user, Login"  at the top right corner of the Login/Sign up box

Enter your email and a new password will be sent to you ** Please check your spam inbox and make www.modelhousecouture.com a SAFE SENDER in your email settings 

If you do not receive a temporary password please contact us at info@modelhousecouture.com and we will get back to you within 4-24 hours

What are my payment options?

We have been a secure verified merchant with PayPal since 2007

Changing an Order

 

Can I change my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’re unable to change it in any way – this includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, combining orders, changing the address or payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is made, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. When the invoice is transmitted to our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. Once you receive your item, try it out! You might still end up loving it! If you would like to send back the item for either a return or exchange, we have a very easy return/exchange policy! 

Order Status

 

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
It is possible that our email could have gone to your junk mail folder or we have an incorrect email address. Please contact us at +1(408)827-5697 or orders@modelhousecouture.com so that we may resend you an email confirmation.

What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account under “Login/Sign Up” Tab on the home page. When an order is placed, we will email you an order confirmation. When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number.  All standard orders will ship out within 1-2 business days, and Expedited orders will ship out the same days if placed by 10:00am PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

I placed my order on the weekend with expedited shipping, why my order hasn’t shipped out yet?
All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day including Expedited orders.

Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?
Additional documentation may be requested for orders selected at random by our fraud prevention team for further verification before acceptance to shipping. We carefully evaluate accounts to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If we are not able to get in touch with you to complete your verification, your order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.

Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may submit a return or exchange request to us at Orders@ModelHouseCouture.com. You must submit your request within 7 days from the date you receive your item(s).  You will have 48 hours from the date you submitted your return/exchange request to ship your item(s) back to us.  Please specify whether you would like a refund, store credit or if you are requesting an item or size exchange

Final sale items excluded, Please note all sales are final for reduced price items, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Shoes Under $20, Rebirth, accessories and swimwear/lingerie. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. We cannot accept any worn, washed or altered items. 

Can I still return an item without tags or I no longer have the shoeboxes?
All items returned with damaged packaging or without the original shoe box or tags will be accessed a 50% restocking fee which will be taken out of the funds scheduled to be returned to you, store credit or cost of your exchanged item. 

What is the status of my return or exchange?
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after our receipt of return package. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, so remember ask for proof of postage/delivery in case it goes missing.  Once your return / exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.

 

Here are the steps to return your item(s):

 

1. Email Orders@ModelHouseCouture.com and notify us of your return/exchange request. 

2. Complete Product Return & Exchange Form (Section 1). >Download Here < Make sure the form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel.

(Please Note: We can not process your return without these details)

 

3. Please return your item in brand new condition.  Original tag or shoe box is required to receive full refund/store credit or exchange.  The package remains your responsibility until it is delivered to and signed for by a MHC representitive, it is a good idea to wrap or protected your shoe boxes with suitable packaging and ask for proof of delivery when shipping.  Damaged shoe boxes, or unwrapped or untagged items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.  If items are worn, washed, altered, dirty, smell like heavy perfume/cologne or stained, we will return the item back to you. 

 

4. Always keep a record of your return tracking numbers.  Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the receipt of package. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.  Refunds may take three (3) to fifteen (15) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency.  If you do not receive your refund within fifteen (15) business days of our receiving your package, please email us at returns@modelhousecouture.com with your order information.  If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return.  Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.  Always keep a record of your return tracking numbers and receipts


Returns are subject to a shipping deduction per item if any free shipping promotions were applied.

Shipping & Handling

 

 

Why is my Free Shipping coupon code not working?
If your shipping destination is an international address, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US territories, the free shipping coupon is not valid.  Only one (1) coupon code is valid per order (example: If you are using a sale discount coupon code, you can not also use a free shipping coupon code).  If you are eligible for the free shipping coupon and it was not applied to your order, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to apply free shipping to your order. You may contact us at +1(408)827-5697,  9:00am – 4:00pm PST, Monday - Friday, or email us at orders@modelhousecouture.com.  

Do I get the original shoe box?
We ship all our shoes in protective packaging, it is our standard to ship all shoes in the original shoe box when available.  If you have purchased a sale item or item under $10 these items are final sale and may not come with a shoe box. 

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?
If you have chosen Standard Ground Shipping and you are not in when your package arrives, it will be left by the shipping carrier in a plain site location at the address listed.  If you’ve chosen Expedited Shipping and no one is available when your package arrives, a notice will be left letting you how to pick up your package or reschedule delivery. 

How is shipping charge calculated?
For all US orders, ground shipping is charged depending on the total weight of your order.  Expedited shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page.


How long will my package take to deliver?
For all domestic packages:
• Standard Ground (2-10 business days)
• 2 Day (2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays)
• Standard Overnight (1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays)
 

Does Model House Couture Ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time, but as we grow we will add this service.  So be on the lookout in the coming months and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated! 

How Often Does MHC Re-Stock an Item?

 

Dont you hate when you put together a cute outfit or buy something and see someone wearing it a couple days later, well so do we !  At Model House Couture we are your personal exclusive shopping boutique, we do our best to rarely have more than 3-5 of any item style in stock at any time, with this said, most of the time when it is gone it is gone!  

 

We do our best to offer the latest trends and have exciting new products arriving weekly.  You may also check our Back In Stock/Available for Pre-Order Section for updates in restocked and pre-order items.  Now being the Model that we know you are, we know that you like what you like, and want what you want when you want it (who doesn't!), so if there are any items you were salavating over that are now out of stock, feel free to contact us and request that we bring that hot little number back! 

California Proposition 65 Warning

 

Some of our products such as (but not limited to) accessories, clothing and shoes may be made of vinyl or imitation leather which may contain lead.  In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers: “This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.  Never not allow children to place mouth or chew.”
